Green Post was delivered in collaboration with the Wuhan Forestry Bureau as a community garden promoting public participation and urban greening.
Role
My responsibilities included procurement, material coordination, stakeholder communication and on-site delivery, contributing to improved project efficiency and cost management. This experience strengthened my understanding of translating design into practical implementation within a multidisciplinary environment.
Challenge
Coordinate stakeholder communication, procurement planning, and programme management within a live construction project.
Result
Produced 1:50 planting plans and 1:100 construction packages using AutoCAD following technical standards.
Assisted with procurement planning and project coordination, contributing to a 10% reduction in project costs through improved purchasing management.
